Collection: The majority of my bakes are collection only (NN29). Please kindly get in touch with me for collection details once your order has been confirmed (if you haven't heard from me).

I do my absolute best to accomodate outside of this, so for any reason you require delivery of a celebration cake, events order or other then please don't hesitate to contact me directly to discuss. 

Please include your desired collection date when prompted during your order, I have included the min notice in this section. Please contact me directly before ordering if you would like to discuss this with me. 

Brownie Delivery: I have a Brownie Box delivery service on a Saturday and you can find more information about this here.

Celebration Cakes: If you have decided on one of the popular cake or cupcake themes featured in my shop, the price of the cakes will depend on the size, quantity and base flavour in most cases. There is the option to include personalisation, if you would like to further personalise the cake or cupcakes or you have any information about this, please don't hesitate to contact me directly.

Transporting and storage: When carrying your cake, please hold your hands underneath the box and hold it away from you. Do not lean the cake on your body or put upper hands on the sides. Bespoke cakes will be boxed, it is advisable that they are placed in the footwell of the car for transporting. This way the cake is on a flat surface and less likely to move around. It is also advisable to have the Air Con turned on, especially if it's a buttercream cake, to keep cool before storing. 

Your cake must be kept in the fridge until 30 minutes before serving, this will give the cake time to come back to room temperature for you to enjoy!

Cancellations: If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please contact me to let me know. If the cancellation is notified less that 14 days prior to collection, I will hold 50% of the order total to cover product and time costs. 

Allergy advice: I DO NOT bake in a nut free environment. This is because I work from my home kitchen and nuts are quite often used in all my products. If the product doesn’t contain nuts, it quite often could have traces. It’s important you are aware of this whether you have an allergy or not.


My products contain MILK, SOY, WHEAT, NUTS and EGGS. If you have an allergy this must be stated when ordering. This is the case if it is your first order with me or if it’s your 100th order with me - it must be stated every time. 


Unfortunately, I do not accept orders for those with nut allergies as although your product may not contain nuts, there could quite often be traces.
